Permitted use
Visitors may use the interactive tools and print personal reference views. Automated extraction, disruption, security testing without permission and attempts to use the service for unlawful distribution are not authorised.
Music and intellectual-property boundary
ChordMetric contains original explanations, first-party diagrams and browser-generated tones. Visitors must not use the service to upload or distribute protected songs, lyrics, sheet music, MIDI or commercial recordings; those upload capabilities do not exist in the present build.
Availability and corrections
The service may change as its reference material and tools are maintained. Material theory errors can be reported through the Corrections page. No institutional endorsement or professional qualification is implied.
